Holiday shopping – some people hate it, some people wait all year for it. But there’s only one hard fact – you’ve got to do it (at least if you want your friends to keep talking to you…). So if you’re going to shop and even quite a bit you may as well do it right. That’s why I thought I’d let you in on a little secret of online shopping. No matter what you are planning on getting, no matter which site you are shopping and no matter what sale is currently offered – you can always save more by applying the right coupon codes. I recently bought a new computer and getting an extra discount was easier than ever. I simply went to couponjelly.com and clicked on the Dell Coupons page. That way I got the exact product I want and paid just the right price for it. Not a penny more.

I’m already booked for a week in the snow with my snowboard in Scoul Switzerland for the second week of February. Unfortunatly, that’s the earliest I could get away this year. But if you are looking for a white vacation already now, check out the already white snowmobiling capital of Lanaudière. Check out the press release below, Lanaudière has already received 18 inches of snow this week alone (and the week’s not over). Boy, I would like nothing more than taking the next few days off and embarking on a white Snowmobile vacation. If you’re not buried in work yourself – you’ve got no excuse. So go have a great time and don’t forget to send in your pictures.
Lanaudière, Snowmobile Country,
announces the opening of 350 km of trails
For more than 30 years, Lanaudière has been a snowmobiling capital!
Rawdon, November 30, 2007 – Mother Nature has been busy during the past week, covering the Lanaudière landscape with an average of 45 cm (18 inches) of snow and more in the northern part of the region. Snowmobile enthusiasts can now start their engines for a new season with 350 kilometres (161 miles) of trails open in northern Lanaudière.
These are the areas that are currently accessible, where conditions are good with new snow coverage:
• Mont-Tremblant National Park (start at Pimbina entrance)
• Certain areas in Saint-Zénon
• Certain areas in Saint-Michel-des-Saints
For precise and accurate information, contact the snowmobile clubs concerned directly (Club Saint-Donat at 819 424-7988; Club snowmobile du royaume at 450 884-5762).
To find out about trail conditions (updated regularly), weather, touring suggestions or order your free copy of our new snowmobile trail map, just visit www.snowmobilecountry.ca or call 1 800 363-2788.
Please note that lakes are not yet frozen over.
Tourisme Lanaudière reminds you of the importance of driving safely and respectfully. Permission to pass through private property is difficult to conserve and represents a privilege to users. Respect for property and words of thanks to owners are gestures that are greatly appreciated, and it is equally important to respect signs and trail markers.

There are so many wonderful things about the holidays. One of the lovelier aspects is the beautifully decorated houses, streets, trees and yards. Christmas lights can add a lot of festivity and beauty to the holidays but they can also create large electricity bills, harm the environment and can be quite dangerous. An effective and practical alternative to standard Christmas lights is LED Christmas lights.
These lights can last 20, 000 hours in contrast to the 1,500 hours that average standard Christmas lights last. They use a fraction of the electricity and are much more durable so you don’t have to worry about them breaking especially during outdoor use. LED Christmas lights use color lights instead of color bulbs so there is no paint that peels off of the bulbs making them neater and safer. LED lights are much more cost effective in every way than standard lights and are just as attractive. There are many types and styles of LED lights at 1000bulbs.com. You can choose from light strings, lantern lights, lighted grapes, candle lights and much more. You can have a beautifully decorated home and tree this Christmas for less money. Your lights will also last you for next year too.

There are certain things in life that don’t happen often, maybe once, or not even at all, and therefore need to be special. A wedding, for instance, is an event that some women look forward to since they are children. That is why every single detail from the flower arrangements to the tablecloths to the band to the food needs to be perfect. However, before any of these details come the wedding invitations. That is where the whole wedding production begins.
Every couple chooses their wedding invitations based on their individual taste. There is a terrific selection of invitations at 1st-class-wedding-invitations.com. You can personalize your wedding invitations including the reception card, response card, announcement card and thank you card. There is a wide range of styles to choose from and personalizing it is so simple. You can lay out you invitations and see what they would like free of charge. Plasma TV obviously offers more screen for your money. Its deep black levels and high contrast can do justice to anything being watched, be it movies or TV programs with dark scenes. In dim lightning, the strong contrast and realistic, accurate colors provide rich, natural-looking images. The images onscreen also look the same from almost any angle. This is very advantageous if the TV will be watched by several people around a room.
In this respect, LCD TVs suffer some setback in spite of the great improvement of newer models. Most LCDs only look their best from a limited spot in front of the screen. The picture quality deteriorates as the viewer moves off to the sides as it appears increasingly washed out or dim.

We all recognize this situation. We’re in the middle of a great golf game and suddenly the drops start coming down. We may try to dismiss it, we hope it will shortly pass but sometimes We’ll just go on playing right through the rain. Maybe you want to make the most of the day off from work and hate to waste this scarce occasion indoors. Perhaps you just don’t want to admit your wife was right when she said you shouldn’t go play since it may rain.
Whatever the case, we’ve gathered some tips to make the game more successful and go the extra mile before giving in to the weather. First off all, make sure you come prepared. Having extra towels in your bag at all times during the rain season will prove handy when trying to get a good grip with wet hands. Take into account also that on cold days your swing won’t take the ball as far as you expect compared to a warm weather day. Factor this into your swing. If you feel you need some help getting the extra yard, try using the wind in your favor and avoid going against the wind. Also, try to keep your ball warm as it will generally travel farther.
Then again, always remember, a rainy day may put a cloud on your golf plans but don’t let it ruin your vacation altogether. Take the opportunity to score more points with your wife doing something she prefers instead. You never know when you’ll want to cash these points for a round of golf on a sunny day.
