Choosing your golf shoes
Even if your game is less than par for the course, you can still parade around the greens in style! Among the golfing accessories taken for granted by people are the shoes the players wear. Initially, the first thing to inspect is the material. Although the choice of materials is quite varied now, the principal options are still leather and synthetic. Some materials also offer a certain degree of water resistance while some may even be waterproof. Choose a material that is comfortable to you, and choose something similar to your non-golf footwear. That way, your feet will need very little transition when you wear your golf shoes. Next, choose a style that complements your usual golf course attitude. Are you the two-tone wing-tip person in the loud colored shirt, or the more subdued suede-leather golfer? Do you prefer golf shoes that look similar to your cross trainers, or would you prefer something that would just match your pants? The key here is to find the style of shoes that you are comfortable in, rather than to just wear what is available.
