We are already at the end of September and all across the country people are getting back to their day to day routine after the vacation filled months of July and August. Most offices operate at half capacity during these moths with half the people either on vacation or feeling the fact that their colleagues are on vacation and they aren't which tends to lead to "work vacations" where people are at work but the pace is dramatically slower.

But if you missed out on taking a vacation this summer and feel a bit jealous in your co-workers, perhaps you didn't lose out after all. Why not take an October vacation? You may end up winning on all accounts. While the weather is still nice out, October is not considered a summer month when it comes to the tourist industry and prices are
dramatically cheaper. So why not take advantage of the last few weeks of sun and make up the vacation time you missed out on?
